“I’ve known Lee for a number of years from university and it was actually his idea for me to enter into the 12 week Bodybuilding.com 250KChallenge (08.01.2016 – 03.04.2016). I took a 6-month break prior to this challenge due to studying my Accountancy exams and my motivation was at my lowest coming into this challenge, I was the heaviest I’ve been at around 20% bodyfat. After following his program and being under the guidance of his coaching he has honestly transformed me into the best version I’ve ever been in my life.

When I started working with Lee’s I soon found out that everything he said were based on his number years of experience. His methods are incredible and extremely flexible. Throughout the 12 Week I had many setbacks and unplanned situations which weren’t part of the plan, for example I had a planned trip to Venice for 4 days, I was made redundant in my current role so I had to look for a new job during this process and on top of that I am also studying weekends and working full time 9-5.30pm 5 days a week. Honestly Lee’s program just works perfectly, he is not like other coaches out there who just want to cut your bodyweight down to a super low weight quickly. The program allowed me to maintain my muscle mass and strength all the way up until the end, I actually won the Ironman powerlifting competition at my gym in the 10th week and won 6 months free membership to my gym!!

“Late 2016 I broke my foot quite badly playing football and went from a really active healthy lifestyle to a couch potato! I tried fad diets while I was out of action but I ended up gaining weight and losing any muscle I had once had… This also led to losing any interest in fitness whatsoever as I was so used to planting myself in front of the TV day after day and doing next to no physical activity. During this time, I managed to stumble across Lee’s Instagram page and blog where he spoke about an upcoming 12 week transformation program called Lean With Lee. Before I met Lee I’d been exercising regularly for about 2 years. I’d tried number of different training programmes from books and websites and was eating a very strict boring diet that I put together myself having researched what I thought I needed to eat. I never really managed to make any significant changes or got the results I was after.

Working with Lee was the first time that I started to see the changes that I wanted. Lee compiled a diet tailored for me that let me focus on eating natural foods rather than relying on lots of protein shakes and other processed sports snacks that had just made me gain the wrong sort of weight in the past.

Working with Lee I was able to take a smarter approach to my training and diet and that’s when I started to see the results that had eluded me in the past. It was a slow and steady process and Lee helped from day 1 to explain everything. It took time for me to see results as my body took time to adapt to my new routine but I trusted in Lee’s process and it paid off. So the story: I chose Lee as one of my friend recommendation as my last resort to try to get my weight dropping.

Bit about me: I have been seriously training for two years in the gym for bodybuilding purposes (training 4-5 times a week) been doing variety of cardio including cycling to work (80 min a day 4 times a day). I work as an accountant full time and study for masters so you can imagine a busy lifestyle.

To get into a better shape I tried all kinds of diet ( chicken/broccoli/rice or ketogenic or low carb high protein or 40/30/30 just to name a few) but either the weight came back or couldn’t stick with the diet or the diet just didn’t work.

I have had several online trainers who has been certified and have competed in several bodybuilding competitions but the difference between this program and lee is that he keeps you accountable. He has weekly check ins with every individual and cares about you  and your personal fitness goals. He creates meal plans tailored to your food preference and goals.He has also created videos that show how to do each exercise properly. Coach Lee makes himself accessible to his clients if you have a question he usually responds within 24 hours. My experience with LWL training program  was phenomenal not only am I more confident and happy with myself  but I have a lot gained lots of knowledge with this program. Lee is an amazing coach, any questions I had lee would answer them in depth and help me with any issues, and Lee helped me through a week flare up with my Crohns and suggested certain supplements that would aid me which worked a treat. The diet plans Lee created was tailored to foods I liked and if there was something I didn’t like Lee would adjust things to suit.

I would recommend Lee to anybody who is wanting to take their day to day gym to that next level and just needs that someone to show you down the right paths and aid you through your issues you have.

The 12-week programme was great! Not only did it provide me an insight into the correct nutrition and training required for my needs to achieve the results that I wanted, it gave me a lot of motivation checking in with you (Lee) week after week. It was a slow start, and the first few weeks I felt dis-heartened, but from Week 5 onwards I could really start to see results! Towards Week 9, I was astonished that I could actually see some abs when I lifted up my t-shirt! I would look forward to the morning where I would weigh myself and weight was just dropping off. The check-ins are a great source, and your snaps helped me with motivation as well because, you we doing a mini-cut around that time. So if you went for walks, so would I.

“Starting training with Lee was a breeze and a pleasure because of his approach to coaching.

I had a seemingly impossible goal to reach – to compete on stage among other bikini fitness competitiors and hopefully place or win a trophy – considering my current state.

I was carrying some excess weight and my body fat percentage was high in relation to where I needed to be. I felt soft all over – a regular girl – and by no means felt I could become a ripped bikini model in any stretch of time. Talk about 12-16 weeks.

I didn’t actually achieve much in the first couple of weeks due to my denial over the task I was undertaking, and general relaxed attitude. Lee has done more for me than just make my body look the best it ever has, made me stronger than I thought I could be and taught me the correct way to lift weights safely, he has mentally changed me too. When we started working together I wasn’t ready mentally for the change and it showed in my commitment and results. I had been eating a combination of all the wrong foods for as long as I can remember and having some real guidance on my diet saw a quick change in my weight.
