“I am really glad that I did this program also. I have learnt so much and gained so much confidence in the gym.
Before starting with you, I had a great love of weights but so little knowledge about how to  put together a program where I could progress. Over these last 12 weeks my understanding of how different lifting protocols affect the body (especially my body) has increased 10 fold. What also helped was having a food plan developed for me. Whilst I worked away for the entire 12 weeks, meaning I never prepared my own meals, having a macro breakdown for the meals of the day and the guide to flexible dieting it meant that I could eat out every meal and still progress. Lastly and something I never thought was possible I now enjoy cardio, seeing the benefits it brought me helped fuel my motivation.
